Job Description:

Multisport & Touch Rugby Programme Manager

​

The candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative side of our multisport & touch rugby programmes, from scheduling and communicating with players and parents, liaising with school athletics and activities departments to invoicing and marketing the programmes. 

The role requires close collaboration with our major stakeholders, including our International School Partners, the parents of players in our programmes and the players themselves.

Netball Coach

The candidate will also be responsible for the planning and execution of training plans in line with our club guidelines and support the development of the club's philosophy. This role includes working closely with our Head of Netball to align policies, procedures & training plans to ensure a consistently high quality programme across all our partner schools. 

The candidate will also be responsible for assisting the Head of Netball in monitoring and communicating player reviews three times per season in relation to the players' individual learning objectives.

Essential Skills & Requirements:
​

• Sports Coaching or Physical Education Bachelor Degree.

• ⁠2+ years coaching experience across the core sports.

• ⁠We are a small group that work closely together to deliver a high level programme thus strong communication skills and a team ethic are essential to the position. 

• ⁠Promotion of and belief in MLFA's 3 core values of Community, Respect & Excellence are essential to the role.

• Valid SCRC or equivalent in current place of employment.

• First Aid Certified.
