Job Description:

Kindergarten Programme Manager

The candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative side of the programmes, from scheduling and communicating with players and parents, liaising with school athletics and activities departments to invoicing and marketing the programmes. 
 

The role requires close collaboration with our major stakeholders, including our International School Partners, the parents of players in our programmes and the players themselves.

Academy Coach

They will also be responsible for the planning and execution of training plans in line with the club's guidelines and support the development of the club's philosophy. This role includes mentoring the group of coaches in the programme and providing feedback to improve the quality of product we offer. 

They will also be responsible for monitoring and communicating player reviews three times per season in relation to the players' individual learning objectives.

Essential Skills & Requirements:
 

• FAW (or equivalent) ‘C’ Coaching Certificate

• 2+ years coaching experience across the age range

• We are a small group that work closely together to deliver a high level programme thus strong communication skills and a team ethic are essential to this position

• Promotion of and belief in MLFA's 3 core values of Community, Respect & Excellence are essential to the role

• Native proficiency English speaking
